free air buds

Bought my s20 from Vodafone, should have free air buds after a waiting period...where is the free air bud link gone. I've waited for the 30 day period and now I can't order them.

I got my s20+ with O2 and I got my free airbuds with no problem.
In my packaging I got an info card from Samsung that told me what to do. i believe the free airbud entry finished in july.

it did. I bought the phone end of July and had to wait 30 days to claim. now no airbud link

The claim form for this promotion closed on 31st July 2020. You had to make your claim within 30 days, and not after 30 days.

no. I screen shot it. After 30 and before 60 days. it was quite clear

it is not a con at all. read the T&Cs. I entrred my details within two days of purchase. It is now September lol, you missed out due to not following the t&cs correctly, not Samsung's fault or the retailer's fault. Your fault and your fault only.
