Fingerprint issues

hello Samsung fans. How are you everyone? I hope everything is good and everyone is healthy. Can someone tell me please if had problems with S20 FE 5G fingerprint issues? My phone have a massive problem with this. The phone just don't recognize my fingerprint. Then after some time recognize. Today was the worst morning. Didn't recognize at all for very long time and then after recognize only one finger. It's absolutely unacceptable. Can someone help please? Thank you. Kind regards

hi it might be best to remove your fingerprints and start again with new fingerprints hope this helps

I done 3 times already mate. Doesn't work. And now is again ok,not good but ok but soon will be same. It's strange

have you got screen protector on your phone with a sticky patch right over the fingerprint reader?

I have only screen protector mate which was already on my phone by Samsung and there was sticky patch when phone arrived.

start everything again and register the same finger 5 times

this probably is what's causing the problem. I had a screen protector with a sticy patch it just doesn't work right so took it off

When it asks do you want to register another finger print, do the same one again. I think you can do this 3 times in total which will definitely help. 🤪

I'm using the same phone but never experience something like this although i did experience not taking in one go so i had to try multiple times. add more fingerprint and see what's happens.
