False Voicemail notifications

Everytime I reboot my S20, (i like to turn it off for  a few minutes every three or four days to refresh the system) it immediately, incorrectly notifies me I have a new voicemail.  If I actually go to voicemail it confirms I have no new messages.  Anyone else had this?

Easiest thing to here is to ask someone to leave you a Voicemail Message, so you know there is an actual message in your mailbox. Now dial the Voicemail Number for your respective Network Provider. Select the option to delete. It should remove the notification.
