face recognition & finger print

hi 

i have s20 ultra .its not cheap everyone knows its same price as iphone 12 pro max,but features and stability wise its down

i have 2 biggest issues 

1st is - why phone is not getting unlock with face recognition at low light compare to iphone,iphone even get unlocked in dark

2nd - finger scan not as per it should be nor any new updates to sort the issues out,as soon we put glass screen protector it stops working ,its so annoying.

i had Huawei p30/30 pro and finger scan working ***** quick even with glass screen protector.

samsung needs to workout n solve this issues.

face unlock will never be anywhere near as good as iPhones as they have dedicated hardware for it (infrared camera and dot projector) whereas Samsung's just use the camera to take pictures.

want a big notch on your screen with 60htz refresh then get an iPhone buddy don't put a glass screen protector on I left the factory one on

Whitestone screen protector works. I have this on my S20. It's expensive but works.

I just bought the S21 Ultra coming from an S20 plus. for me the in screen fingerprint scanner is lightning fast and absolutely perfect. however Face unlock really works - on my galaxy S10 plus the face unlock system was flawless and work from any angle unlocking my phone as quickly as my iPhone 11 Pro (though not at night of course as the galaxy doesn't have the infrared scanner). so giving FaceTime lock on the S10 was perfect I think there's definitely a problem with the s21 ultra where it really works yet the settings on the two phones are identical.

@Samsung, please address the face unlock system on the s21 ultra.

I know I can't compare iPhone face unlock due to their 3d cameras but I used huawei phones n their face unlock is so quick n from side also it gets unlock.this is the only issues I'm not happy with s20 ultra 

Any idea  what's the app or file name for face unlock in phone

I searched in apps, special access, optimise battery usage, all

Here if I can find the face unlock app I can stop battery optimise n it might work fast
