Emergency call lock screen

Why do they have emergency call on the lock screen no matter what I do it always calls it in my pocket wish they would remove it!

It may be down to the emergency sos. If you go to settings > safety and emergency > emergency sos. Toggle it off and see if the issue stops. Could be the button getting caught. If it's counting down 10 secs before calling, it most likely is. Screenshot_20230515_194744_Emergency SOS.jpg

This was happening to me a few weeks ago everyday I would leave my phone in my pocket and go to my school and my school has a strict no phone policy so when I come out of the school to see the notification that all my blocked contacts are unblocked because I made an emergency call and then a few missed calls from a private number and then a message from the police to call back so I turned off the 10 second emergency count down and it has not happened ever since 🙃 😅
