Emergency bypass while silent With Bixby

I try to give some persons a ringtone with sound when my phone is on Silent or Vibrate mode
But in Bixby i'am unable to select "Sound mode and volume" when i use "IF Incoming Call"  it is marked as grey/unselectable.

I want to do this when my phone is on mute or silent
IF  (Incoming Call) from "mom or dad"  (this option is avaliable and works)

THEN (Sound mode and volume) to "Sound" # not able to select this function it's greyed out

So i tried it with Volume 100% but then my phone sound keeps in Vibrate or Silent mode.

Does anyone have a fix for this?...  My parents are sick but i can't put on my ringtone all the time.
there is already a treat that ask's for a function that covers this.. But no developer is interested in this.
(this is the only function i like on an iPhone hahaha)

Consider using do not disturb function with your parents as exclusions.

Makes me wonder why Samsung won't allow contact exception in silent/vibration mode! Apparently hell lotta people are looking for such an option.
