@Liz1960: Which app are you using to access your emails? If you sign into your account via your providers home page using a browser app, does the problem persist?
Hi Yes if i sign in on Laptop instead of phone and using microsoft it is doing the same. I have noticed on a news coverage today that thousands are having same problem.so think its a microsoft issue.
You know oddly enough I'm having the same problem with my gmail account. Only started happening today. On further investigation turns out the emails are all from my outlook account.
