I realise there has been a similar topic before. I pre-ordered the Samsung S20+ from Orange in Slovakia and registered on the Czech/Slovak website for claiming the EarBuds+. They require me to submit IMEI, receipt and also a unique code from Samsung Members App. However, in the app I have no banner in the benefits tab for the EarBuds+ and only other offers. Currently, I am in the UK and can't even go to the operator to solve it. I know there was a direct claim link for UK and Ireland. Is there something for Slovakia? Any advice what to do? I tried a VPN but without any luck.
