Downloading on Samsung S20 FE

Hi,

I am having some issues downloading anything on a Samsung s20FE.

No themes will download, and now software update is stuck on 0%.

Any idead what could be causing this?

Check the My Files app
Internal storage

Restart your phone , check your network wifi/4g.

Thanks for the help. I switched networks and the downloads are working fine. Although I am able to browse on the specific network, downloads didn't seem to work.

Make sure you're on 4G, and make sure your data speed isn't reduced.

Can anyone tell me why this model says 'this item is unavailable' when I try to download some apps? I've never had this issue before on older versions, but find that since upgrading to the s20 fe 5g, I can only download some apps and not others.

@RobbieJay: Which app store are you using, and are you able to confirm some of the apps you're having the problem with, as this will help when attempting to reproduce and troubleshoot the issue?
