Download mode

Good day, having a challenging time to get this phone into download mode.

Look on youtube etc and tried to follow there methods. 

Any tips re' this much appreciated.

What do you mean when you say “ download mode ”

I take it you mean recovery mode??.. plug phone into computer/ laptop.. install drivers for phone then plug your phone in a power off. Once off hold power button and volume up button together until it boots into recovery..
