Can anyone help? I brought 2 phones for both me and my husband, I was able to download my code but didn't realise that it would run out on the 30th Nov as my subscription didn't end until the 2nd Dec I didn't try it until today, so I seam to have missed out on the offer!! When trying to load the offer on my husband's phone it just says that he is not eligible!! We have checked that he is signed in to every Samsung account on the phone and cleared all the data but with no luck, has anyone got any other ideas?

Try using incognito mode in your browser and kr clear all the cache and browsing history and try again.

If you go to the main Samsung Boost page you should find troubleshooting advice too.

Check all the eligibility requirements.
