Disconnected calls after android 12 UI 4 update

I've updated my Samsung S20+ to the latest android version, android 12 UI 4. Immediately after updating my phone my calls get disconnected constantly. It's pretty much impossible to call, in 15 minute conversations I've got disconnected at least 6-7 times and I had to switch to calling using WhatsApp. Are there any solutions for this? I already did a sim crosscheck and problems remain.

Always clear the cache
Clears old temp files

Go settings
General management
Reset

Reset Network settings
