My Galaxy Buds + just arrived (yay!) but the box they're in was completely battered to the point that the seal saying "do not accept if seal is broken" is broken. Just trying to determine if this happened when packed and sent or if it's a Yodel issue? The package the item came in was untouched but the box itself is mashup.
Just opened the actual box and the paper thing wrapped around the buds is ripped open too so it's like someone opened it up before sending it.

Yodel are known for being very poor. Its a disgrace that Samsung have cheaped out and used them. 😞
You should return them as they could be more damaged than first appears 😞

I could but they were a freebie so not sure what they'll do there. Also it's a bit weird that the paper seal around the buds charging case was already ripped open too. I'm aware of how terrible Yodel are but this seems more like it was opened up before it was shipped.

I think you should insist Samsung replace them.
They aren't freebies... Samsung easily factored them into the price of these phones.
Got mine today and the box was untouched and completely undamaged...
The reason I suspect Yodel is because Samsung normally pay the couriers to bag the items to go through their networks.
