deleting upday

The news on this app is not worth  the space.  I've got rid from my home page but it's still sending notifications. Text size on here is almost too small to read also. Could do with it being bigger.

You change upday to news of your preference.
But to stop notifications.
Settings, Apps, Upday.
Turn off Notifications or Disable.
For Font size go to...
Settings, Display, Font Size and Style.

but then news does not display in the left most screen. I set it to Google and have to click on the Google icon to read news.
Changes to text size in settings do nothing to the text size on this page. mine is set to large and I still have to get my magnifying glass to read it. Applies to all Samsung designed pages.

also there is no Upday app installed in my S20 FE. Its built into the operating system. like lots if other bloatware on this phone.
if you turn the phone sideways this keyboard splits into two. Only suitable for if you can put the phone down on a table to type. stupid idea unless you are an ambidextrous 9 year old.
in portrait mode there are situations when due to lack of space , ut becoms impossible to complete a form as the submit button is invisible.
maybe this is only on android 11?
