CPU overload

on my Samsung galaxy 20-ft 5G I just had a pop-up telling me that my CPU is an overload and to restart my phone can anybody explain to me how I stop this please.

Clear the ram in your phone via your Device Care and then see what happens @Shawsey49

I had the same too yesterday, a few hours after the latest update was installed in the morning.

Restarted as it suggested and not had an issue since. I do have enhanced processing on.

You can feel lucky because you at least have a warning. Since last update my phone restarts itself, I am experiencing slow loading time, it's overheating, it goes to flight mode itself, it's not recognizing password for secure folder. I am having lot of issues.

I have a Samsung S8. I started receiving the message of cpu overloaded and restart, battery was drained while I was asleep by 50-60% in 4-5hrs. Went on every night for a couple of weeks. I downloaded samsung smart switch to PC and backed up phone. Did a factory reset and then restored data.... It worked, no more messages and battery is back to normal.
