Contacts deleting from Samsung S20 Ultra

I need help.

My contacts keep deleting from my Phone, even after saving severally. 

I had the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy A12. I upgrade to S20 ultra and still having the same problem. I feel frustrated and need this to stop.

Kindly advise me on what to do to stop my contacts from deleting.

Have you considered to selecting the option to save the contacts to sim it might work if it doesn't speak to an expert

Have the same issues til now. Super annoying. I have a log into google account and keep checking my contacts trash.

After waiting til the latest update, my permanent solution is to remove the google account or not sync from this phone.
