Connectivity with Note20 Ultra

Having a bit of a nightmare with this since purchase with little help from Samsung.  My last phone was a Note8 and no issues 'upgraded' to Note 20 been horrible.  Never had an issue around home office though poor 4G signal but had WiFi calling on to supplement this.  Now with Note 20 there appears to be a conflict and I get videos jamming etc. Only way to move on is to switch off WiFi and complete on 4G. This will will work for a while until signal drops off during calls - then have to switch WiFi back on until it jams again!  Very frustrating- first time ever getting warning on Data usage.  Also occasionally no Bluetooth connection to car no matter what I try - it is totally random - any ideas anyone!

try going to settings, then general management, then reset and then press reset network settings. hope this helps!
