After the last ( June ) security update I've been having problems connecting to the internet (Vodafone ) not problem when connected to WiFi. Need to disable data and enable all the time. Bluetooth devices sometimes can't connect. Have to restart phone. 
Any advice/help would be great.

Go Settings

General Management.

Tap Reset.

Tap Reset Network Settings.

Tap Reset Settings.

Tap Reset
Settings one more time to confirm

Same issue here,
All steps checked and even factory reset and still no luck.

Already thinking of leaving SAMSUNG and maybe get an iPhone.

Too bad for such a big company to roll out updates without beta testing

Seems it's a Vodaphone issue, see Lost my mobile data since upgrade 20 June 2021 - Page 2 - Samsung Community

In a nutshell you have to go into APN settings and create a new one for Vodaphone.
