I had my Samsung SM-R800 watch connected to my Samsung S9 phone.

Now I have Samsung S20 Ultra 5G the watch won't connect to the new phone.

I've tried rre-booting the phone & the watch & scanning for the watch from the phone but no luck.

Might you have any idea what I've missed?

@richard49: Did you use the Galaxy Wearable app to connect your watch to your Galaxy S9? If so, grab your watch and head to Setting > Connect to new phone, and follow the on-screen prompts. Please be aware that this process will reset your Galaxy Watch, so a backup is recommended before proceeding with this step.

Now, open the Galaxy Wearable app on your Galaxy S20, tap on 'Start the journey' and follow the on-screen instructions. The Wearable app should be pre-installed, and is accessible by swiping up from your Home screen, tapping on the Samsung folder, and tapping on the Galaxy Wearable icon from here.

Let me know how you get on.

Andrew,
Thank you for a quick response.

I went to Setting in my S9 and disconnected the watch; that enabled me to enable the watch in the S20.

Once again, your input is greatly appreciated.
