Colour of Notification icons

Can anyone help. I have just done a system update on my phone and all my notification icons have turned red. Does anyone know how to change them all back to their default colours

Go to settings > wallpaper and style >colour pallette. it maybe colour pallette is turned on.

It's very confusing cos if you have it switched off, some of the colour icons stay the same.
