I have sent delivery note and email from provider providing details about the date of upgrade Samsung still asking for a precise date of purchase??!! Help

I was on your boat 4 days ago so I contacted my provider and asked for a manual proof of purchase which basically has all the info Samsung would ever need, in my case they wanted the date of purchase and my receipt I got with he phone never had a date of purchase but the manual proof of purchase will have all the information even the date when the phone was first turned on, I would contact your provider immediately coz they tend to take few days to send that and Samsung only give you like 7 days before they void your claim
