claiming galaxy buds+

Has anyone else had trouble claiming the new galaxy buds + when brought s20 ultra with o2? 
I brought mine on the 4th of July and it said on the slip of paper that came with the phone that I could claim these galaxy buds+ free  30 days - 60 days from purchase. So after spending days looking how to claim them because it wasn't on the samsung members benefits section (as described on the slip of paper received with my phone) I found a link on the Internet to claim through. I checked it 4 days ago and it said it wasn't available yet to claim and after checking again tonight it say's I've missed the chance to claim for the buds and the claim link has expired? I don't get it, or was it just a scam between Samsung and o2 to get me to buy a new s20 ultra with the intention to be able to claim for the galaxy buds + (which I was highly looking forward to)

you have to wait 30 days after your purchase date but do it before the 60 days other wise you'll miss it! provided you bought it within the time frame stated if not there is a link to an earlier promo at the bottom! hope this helps!

no but samsung wouldn't let me claim the original galaxy buds when I purchased my note 10 plus 5g

I am having the exact same problem - purchased on the 29th June so cannot use the current option in the link, click on purchased before and advises the promotion is no longer available. yet, I was advised that I needed to claim im a 30-60day window!

Thanx for the link, registered and got reply one minute later saying my claim was valid and buds will be sent within next 45 days
