Why is the process to claim the free smart watch gift so long and complicated from Samsung? It should be easy for Samsung members. Now I have to wait for claim to be validated even after sending the required paperwork/docs. It didn't take so long a process when I purchased the phone! I was extremely dissatisfied with the process!

i got my claim for £100 cashback with the S20FE 5G after a month and a half, it should take around that time for you. The reason they do that is probably because some may buy the phone and get the gift then return the phone (still keeping the gift).

correct pocketpete. its all to do with the distance selling act (if in the UK) as you said there are some dodgy people out there who just want the freebies!
