claim pre order gift

Guys, I'm not seeing the option to claim the free gift on the app? I've pre ordered through virgin media and there is supposed to be a banner to cla the free gift on the benefits page, but the only thing I see is the banner to preorder? The app is up to date.

Just chatted with Samsung and you can claim from 20 August until 20 September. So we gotta wait.

You will need to claim this from your new device so you will need to wait until you received it, which will be pretty soon!

please check on notification area for claiming link, although I m getting error message "please check eligibility to participate in this event" . I m trying to claim thru my new device note20ultra. anyone have faced such issues?
