Claim free watch

Hi i purchased a S20 on the 28 Dec but jave been told my phone will not get to me until 15 January 21. To claim the free watch offer i have to claim by the 12 Jan 21.  

The free watch offer was one of the reasons to upgrade and now it looks like I cant claim this offer due to delivery periods and supply over christmas.....think i have been duped over this offer and might just return the handset unless Samsung can help

The conditions are that the S20 has to be purchased before 12 Jan 21 and the watch has to be claimed within 30 days of your purchase. Once you access the Samsung members app in your new phone you will find the claim link.

I have exactly the same problem here!

I ordered on 5th of Jan 2021 thinking it's great deal to upgrade my phone. Then new S20FE arrived on 18th.. with a delivery note saying "oder date 14th Jan 2021" 

Although I have a confirmation email from three on 5th January 2021, according to Samsung promotion team, it's not within the promotion date. I appealed that I ordered on 5th Jan+ waited but they seem like ignoring mu claim.

So frustrating!

if you log onto Samsung Member on your new device and under new offers there should be a link to make a claim but you will need a copy of your receipt asto when the order was placed. I screen shot my original email from sky when order was placed
