Circular noise when adding exposure in raw images

Good day, I'm just curious as to why I keep getting this circular noise when I take raw images and then add exposure to them. any suggestions on how to avoid them.

Just download lightroom, its free on mobile and you can do a lot more than the samsung photos app.
