If your all sharing Wi-Fi connection then this could cause issues if the connection isn't fast enough. Try changing wireless channels in the home router.
I assume when your on Mobile data from your network all is OK @Honzicek42

Working out issues like this is usually a step by step process.
Samsung can't check what's happening with your Home Wi-Fi so they may have wanted to rule out a phone issue first @Honzicek42
