charging and headphones

Is anybody else having problems with the charging point after the latest update on the headset I have been having alot of problems charging wise it will go on charge them after a little bit it beeps at me and tells me there is moisture in the port even though its been nowhere near water and when listening to music it just stops working on the headphones but plays on loud speaker I've only had the phone since September and like I said its only just started doing it after the update

@benjamin87: Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Galaxy S20. Are you getting the error message while connected to your charger, or is it occurring randomly? If you open the Samsung Members app and head to Get Help > Interactive Checks > USB, and follow the on screen prompts, does this test return any errors? In the meantime, as a basic troubleshooting step, please try pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts, and monitor the performance to see if the issue persists?

yes and its 8 out of 10 times it does it its woke me up a few times during the night but I will give the advise ago thank you

Have u tried wiping the port with a tissue or a cotton ball? When I had a Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 for some reason it kept saying there was moisture in thenport but it had been no where near water etc but then I cleaned the port and it was fine. Hope this helps 😊
