Charger loose on S20 5g

My S20 seems to have a very loose charging connection anyone else have this issue

Is there any damage on the charger or the charging port? Does the phone still charge?

exact same problem on my one week old S20. Its kind of disappointing to see a thousand dollar product make it out of the factory like this.

Same here, bought it a little over a week ago and the charger is giving problems. 

Charger and phone are in perfect condition and somehow I have to hold it at a certain angle.

I'm having same issue on my S20 Ultra, only been using it for about 3 weeks.  It doesn't always charge via charging socket and I have to mess about with the angle of the cable to get it to charge.  I never had this problem in 2 years with my S9.  Very disappointed by this.

That's quite odd. Have any of you guys had their phones inspected by a Samsung engineer?

If you've had the phone for less than 28 days, reach out the retailer and see if they can send out a replacement.

Not sure how that's even an option with everything being closed. 

The charger that comes with the phone is pretty much useless now,  I'm charging it with the charger from my laptop and it did the same thing twice yesterday so at this point I think it's the phone.

I have had the same problem. I have been a samsung supporter since the s2 came out. But I think this last one has made me think about switching to iPhone.
