They remotely backed up my system except It did not go smoothly. I was afraid of this. Get phone back after work done, factory reset had been made so I try to get back data. It has been horrible and many apps all had to be reinput for details. The Samsung cloud into Microsoft change won't work and I just want to throw the phone out of the window.
Did you back up the device, before you sent it off for repair? If so, just log in to that account and your data should be accessible, where it's on the main page or in the recycling bin 🙂. Then, restore the data to that device and done!
Yes, the back up was supposed to be happening but there were issues with the WiFi and phone links so not complete. I did raise with Samsung at the time. All system kept doing was refused to recognise 2nd level password authentication codes as they kept arriving in a delayed way. I am not even sure where anything ended up or how to find it.
