Changed pictures and phone to negative looking.

My grandson was looking at photos and whatever on my phone Samsung s20 and now it's all in a negative look.Its like all pictures and background is in negative..TIA

Check if power saving on, as that could be doing it

Think that they may have toggled on colour inversion. To turn it off. Settings > visibility enhancements > colour inversion. See if it's been toggled on.

@mishababy: Further to the post by @Fiona26, Visibility enhancements can be found in the Accessibility settings, or by tapping on the magnifying glass at the top of the Settings menu, and manually searching for the Colour inversion feature.
