Hi just wondering if anyone purchased their device during December under the cash back scheme, have you received your cash back yet?

It says it takes up to 30 days, I received a message in December saying my cash back was approved, but that was over 30 days now.

If this was my situation @connieboy50 I'd give it a few days and then check with my bank so see if they can check if any credit of funds is coming in and then if not reply to the email and or search out a phone number for the support team for that department.
