Help. I just purchased the S20+ ultra and the LED case. On my previous Samsung I could listen to youtube while the case was closed. I can't seem to do this on the new phone/case. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
you can't stream YouTube unless your screen is active unless you subscribe to YouTube music. Your phone must recognise your case is closed which will make your screen turn off.
