I've got a 20fe5g and I cannot clear a notification of 3 voicemails from a month ago. Tried all voicemails options, turned on and off etc, nothing works so far.
I'm also unable to clear the dns cache, or enter the startup menu when using power and vol up or down, so not even safe mode etc.. Phoned samsung they advised all diags but no joy..assumed I may have to send phone for repair, but wanted to hear if anyone else had similar problems please?
