Can anybody help

Hi I'm new so apologies if this has been dealt with already. I have the S20 and for the last few months when I call anyone as soon as they answer my phone disconnects the call. I have also noticed that when I set the phone to withold my number it still shows. I haven't even had the phone a year and I'm so disappointed. I have spoken to sky who have tried to help but now say it's up to samsung. Has anyone else had this problem. Would appreciate any help.

how do you answer your calls?

I use the green phone to answer. Incoming calls are working perfectly. It's outgoing calls. Everyone I call thinks I'm hanging up on them.

I hope this video may help in any sort of way hope you fix your issue Have you tried switching it over to Wi-Fi calling see if that works

Thank you. Will try them tomorrow and let you know. I haven't tried the Wi-Fi calling so will try that too.
