Camera app stutters/lags when it starts

My camera app has been stuttering since i have gotten the 3.0 update , also the swipe navigation feature does stutter a bit sometimes too when u swiping up to go on the home screen ,has anyone got a solution or are samsung gonna release a fix for this? I have a s20 fe 5g btw

After every update i always clear phone cache just incase some old files never got taken off and can cause issues with new files.
