caller volume

I have just purchased the S20 5g,  I am struggling with caller volume, I can barely hear the caller.  I've tried all fixes on forums.

Please help before I send it back.

Can you install good lock there's an app on there the sound assistance I'll drop a link to where you can get it from the Google play store but I think you might have to install Good lock. https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.samsung.android.soundassistant

have you checked you have removed all the plastic? I was speaking to someone the other day who was experiencing a similar problem and it was due to them not removing the protective plastic on it? maybe same issue with yours?

I've not really had any problems but I think the app improves the volume plus you can go to your settings to adjust it but I really hope you saw this issue out as far as know it does work with sound assist
