On my (recently acquired) S20, I was unable to make a call to the UK from Belgium. My phone showed the message "couldn't connect". I have now discovered that in Supplementary Services, under "Call barring", my phone has international calls disabled. I tried to enable it (in order to make a quick call from Brussels and with a well funded account) but then discovered that I need a passcode in order to remove the barring. This I don't have. I contacted my network provider (giffgaff) who maintained that this is a phone issue, not a network issue and said that, from their point of view, I should have been able to make the call. Can anyone offer any advice?
