I just wanted to ask, a couple of months ago I broke back glass of my Samsung Galaxy S20 and I got that repaired in Samsung Service. And now I noticed that my phone has burn in. So my question is does anyone know will burn in get under warranty or they will deny it cause of broken back glass from a couple of months ago
@Katy212: I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Sadly screen burn is not covered by our standard warranty, however I do recommend arranging for the device to be inspected to allow one of our engineers to diagnose the problem. If it is deemed to be an out of warranty repair then any costs will be communicated to you prior to the repair going ahead, allowing you the chance to opt in or out of the service.
