Buds+ doesn't work properly

Galaxy S20 Series
A week a go, my samsung galaxy s20 ultra had a software update,  since then my galaxy buds+ started to work  wrong, the volumen is ntoo low
Anybody got the same problem?

Hey @JuanDa19 ,

 

happy to have a look at this with you. Are the Buds+ and the Samsung Wearable app up to date? Do the same thing happens if you connect this to a different device? To check this head into the Galaxy Store app (for the app update) and to the Samsung Wearable app> Galaxy Buds+> Earbuds software update for the Buds+ update.
