Broken rear camera glass s20??

Had my s20 for a week, no drops no bumps, being extremely careful as one is with a brand new device.  Had my case and screen protector on as well! Happened to glance at the back one day and noticed that the camera glass had a small hole, along with hairline cracks spreading throughout the glass? I Dont even know how or when this would have happened as this was not noticeable whilst using the camera.  Now I'm having trouble having Samsung repair it, well samsung have booked the repair in but there seems to be an issue with DPD getting the info to come and collect the device! Stressful times as I've now reverted back to my old device which was in part not working anyway.  Anyone else have these issues ??

Is anyone getting a solution to this? Mine has cracked and nothing has happened, I have a bumper case on the phone and never dropped it. But now have a cracked camera lens.

Likewise, happened to mine a week ago.  Walking on the beach with phone in pocket. 2 hours later, camera glass cracked over the first two apertures.  Class action in the States.  Perhaps we should have one in the UK!
