Galaxy S20 SeriesI bought a Sennheiser momentum true wireless 2 headphone, which should be a very common Bluetooth headphone on market and it works for other Android phones. However, after I connected the headphone with my S20+ 5G through Bluetooth, the phone doesn't recognize the headphone as a media device, so that the headphone doesn't sound. I also tried it with my Beats solo 3 wireless and my B&O E8, the solo 3 does sound but B&O doesn't. The software is also up to date for both phone and headphone. Does someone know how to fix this issue.

Galaxy S20 SeriesCan you delete the pairing and try again @ZZETHAN
Also look to see if any other downloaded apps maybe causing conflict.
You can do this by placing your phone into Safe Mode.

Galaxy S20 SeriesDo either of you have the Smart Things app installed on your phone? I had it on there for a Samsung TV we have; it was forcing audio output to go through the phone speaker instead of Bluetooth.
