Bluetooth headphone doesn't sound with Samsung S20+ 5G , even it successfully connected with the headphone.

I bought a Sennheiser momentum true wireless 2 headphone, which should be a very common Bluetooth headphone on market and it works for other Android phones. However, after I connected the headphone with my S20+ 5G through Bluetooth,  the phone doesn't recognize the headphone as a media device, so that the headphone doesn't sound. I also tried it with my Beats solo 3 wireless and my B&O E8, the solo 3 does sound but B&O doesn't. The software is also up to date for both phone and headphone. Does someone know how to fix this issue.

Can you delete the pairing and try again @ZZETHAN

Also look to see if any other downloaded apps maybe causing conflict.

You can do this by placing your phone into Safe Mode.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Do either of you have the Smart Things app installed on your phone?  I had it on there for a Samsung TV we have; it was forcing audio output to go through the phone speaker instead of Bluetooth.
