Bluetooth connection to vw vehicle 2021

Hi I have a Samsung galaxy s20 ultra

When I use bixby routines, I have a routine when I start my car (VW tiguan 2021 model) bixby should pick up the Bluetooth connection in the car and bixby should turn on hotspot and turn on a app.

Sometimes this works but mostly it doesn't. Any idea of why this is happening?

yea, the prob is known in the VW AG world, could be the phone too, or both at the same time;
your car has the warranty, so take it to teh service and state your problems, maybe they will be able to solve it for you with an update

I work for vw
And have the latest version in my car.

in that case, if you work for the VW AG, then you probably know that there is no solution for it....for now at least;
unless it's not the car in your case, i would try it with a different phone - just to be sure,
if a different phone works ,then you have found your solution
