I appreciate this is an old thread that has been resurrected by a recent reply.
But for anyone coming across this thread from a forum search I've replied to try and help.
Typically a person needs to submit a claim within 30 days of making their purchase and then typically reaches your bank account in 30 days.
Check the small print of the Reward Offer as there should be information on when it should reach your account.
You could call your regions Samsung Support Team and also speak with your Banks Customer services just to ensure they've not rejected any credit to your Bank Account.
