Hi, I am an online phone reseller in the UK (England).
I have today had an S20 phone that was sold to a customer declared as not delivered and have asked for a refund. However, it was signed for at the correct address.
The phone was and was sold SIM free and there is no carrier contract on it. I have the EMEI number recorded. Am I still able to block the handset even though it is not tied to a carrier?
Some may ask if I'm sure the phone was 'stolen'. I am. Please answer with this in mind. My question is simply if it possible to block the phone now.
Thankyou.
