When setting a routine with sunrise or sunset and using the plus or minus offset, the action doesn't work.
For example, if I set a notification for 18 minutes before sunset, the notification will be sent at sunset. In other words the offset will not be working. This has happened on any action whether it's before or after sunrise or sunset.
Any suggestions or is this a programming defect?
