My phone battery is drained 😩 

I put my phone at night and the charge was 75% and after 7 hours I was surprised that it had become 63%

How do you charge it ??

Hi @abdullahkiko 

Can you go into Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery > Check what's using your battery.

In regards to the % your battery is charging to can you check your method of charging and if possible try another as the phone should be charging to full.

If the phone's % is draining to below than what it started at then this suggests the chosen method of charging isn't supplying enough power.

Also check in the charging port with a torch to ensure no foreign debris / lint has managed to build up in there.

Your phone has a diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members app you can run.

Ultimately a Samsung Service Centre can check the phone.

But I notice when I put my phone on charge first it showing (super fast charging) one seconds showing (charging) it is normal

Thank you maybe the prolem in the charger Note that it is original, but it may have been damaged

My s10 and s21 use wireless charging. Samsung usb plug and a fast cable to the charger.

A damaged charger could cause this and more importantly could cause safety concerns. 

Please refrain from using a damaged charger and dispose of it responsibly.

I use another orginal charger it is shown first super fast charging by a while it showing charging only
That is normal
Or may USB phone is damage?
