Hello my phone is charging however its going up really slowly on ultra fast charging like every 5 m 1% what's the issue ?

In Samsung members / Help / Diagnosis, check the option -Charging by cable. Regards.

if you are not using a fast charger but have connected the phone to a computer or low power adaptor/wall socket this is normal behaviour. especially if you carry on using it while it's plugged in
