I have managed to back up all my data and apps from the old samsung a40 to the pc. now, when trying to get the back up donwloaded on my new s20+ I receive a message of denial since the knox app does not all me to finish the operation. I am asked to pass to the nomal mode. Anyone knows how to do that ? what does this mean? what shall I do? thanks and regards. edmar
