Backround noise during call

Happy new year !

I juste received my brand new s20 FE 5G and I noticed something I never noticed on my others phones (S8+ ans S9).
During phone call I have a backround noise, just like when you hold a shell up to your ear. Its not very loud, but during silence you can clearly ear it.
Is it something normal on this device ?

Hello, Im back again

I changed my phone and bought another one and guess what ? It does the same...

I noticed some things, because I did some more tests.

I can hear this sound, when I turn on the camera in the ear receiver. (like old audio K7)

If I enable in call setting "Prothesis compatibility", the sound is lower.
